His statement is taken on record. 02. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 03. Interim direction(s), if any, stands vacated. 04. However, in case, if the petitioner would reckon that his grievance remains unredressed to whatever extent that may be, the petitioner would have the liberty of seeking Serial No. 58 2 WP(C) No. 2834/2024 a/w connected matters revival of the writ petition by laying a motion to the said effect within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of passing of this order.
