The respondent No.3 filed counter affidavit stating that the proposal in respect of the subject land have been dropped and alternate land has been identified in R.S.No. 1205/4, 1214/4 & 6 of Tholeru Village of Veeravasaram Mandal. 4. In view of the said statement made in the counter-affidavit, no further directions are required to be passed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
