The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 334(1), 303(2), 317(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned ACJM, Bermo at Tenughat. On 24.10.2024 between 12:30 p.m and 6:00 a.m., ATM machine of Bank of India was stolen by unknown thieves from Surhi, Nawadih. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. Mr. Arup Kr. Dey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has been remanded in this case from another case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Nawadih P.S.
