JUSTICE NIDHI GUPTA Mr. HS Batth, Advocate for the review NIDHI GUPTA, J.(ORAL) By way of filing the present review XLVII Rule 1 read with Sections 114 petitioner is seeking review of CR-5688-2025, titled as ‘Sonu Singh through his LRs and others’ was dismissed, inter alia, of the petitioner was instituted on 30.06.2020; in which issues were framed by the learned trial Court on 05.10.2023; whereafter evidence of the was closed vide Court order dated Vide order dated 22.08.2025 passed by this Court, t impugned order dated 14.07.2025, closing the evidence of the petitioner was upheld on the ground that since 05.10.2023, till the passing of the impugned order on 14.07.2025, the petitioner had failed of the petitioner fell within the category of Action Plan Cases that on the date of passing of the impugned order i.e. on 14.07.2025, the petitioner was not found to be present before the learned trial Court. Keeping in view the entirety of the facts and circumstan the case and also the fact that the suit of review under the category of Action Plan Cases and admittedly, framed by the learned trial Court on 05.10.2023 and evidence of the review applicant/petitioner was not concluded till the passing of the impugned order on 14.07.2023; it is directed that one effective opportunity -applicant/petitioner to conclude his responsibility, however subject to deposit of deposited by the review-applicant/petitioner from today in the Savings Bank Account under the name “Punjab State Legal Services Authority-Disaster Relief Fund” bearing Account No. 44426937384, IFSC Code: SBIN0014656, State Bank of India, Sector SAS Nagar for 2025 flood relief in Punjab. The instant RA-CR-136-2025 accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. Keeping in view the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the fact that the suit of review-applicant/petitioner falls under the category of Action Plan Cases and admittedly, the issues were framed by the learned trial Court on 05.10.2023 and evidence of the review- not concluded till the passing of the impugned order one effective opportunity be granted to applicant/petitioner to conclude his entire evidence at his own subject to deposit of ₹15,000/- as costs to be applicant/petitioner within a period of 10 days in the Savings Bank Account under the name “Punjab State Disaster Relief Fund” bearing Account No. N0014656, State Bank of India, Sector-68, for 2025 flood relief in Punjab. 2025 stands disposed of, Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
