Order No.
ORDER(ORAL)

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. However, on perusal of report submitted by the learned trial Court, out of 20 charge-sheeted witnesses, 3 witnesses were declined by the prosecution and two witnesses were reported to be dead and the evidence of 14 witnesses have already been completed and the cross- examination of the Investigating Officer is deferred on the petition of the defence as on the date of 27.03.2025.
