The case has been listed on 22nd January, 2025 in which both of the criminal miscellaneous petitions have been dismissed as infructuous, but inadvertently, Cr.M.P. No. 2610 of 2016 was wrongly typed as Cr.M.P. No. 2610 of 2017 in three places. 2. It further appears that in Cr.M.P. No. 2130 of 2017, the father’s name of the Petitioner No.3 has wrongly typed as Late Rame Mahto in place of Late Ram Mahto. 3. Accordingly, the order dated 22.01.2025 is modified to the extent that Cr.M.P. No. 2610 of 2017 is hereby replaced with Cr.M.P.
