GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from Plot No.1 admeasuring 203.1/9 sq.yards, Plot No.2 admeasuring 229.4/9 sq. yards, Plot No.3 admeasuring 259.6/9 sq.yards, Plot No.4 admeasuring 282.4/9 sq.yards, Plot No.6 admeasuring 330.2/9 sq.yards and Plot No.7 admeasuring 359.6/9 total admeasuring 1664.5/9 sq.yards situated in Sy.No.460/5 of Koppole Village, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District, without issuing any notice. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, placed instructions dated 05.02.2025 issued by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar. 3. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that the subject lands are not proposed for distribution of house sites and the respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner. 4. The said instructions dated 05.02.2025 are placed on record. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed by making the interim order dated 17.03.2020 as absolute. No order as to costs.
