Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR on 01.05.2025 in Case Crime No.0081 of 2025 under Section 3(5), 191(2), 115(2),351(2),352 B.N.S P.S. Saifni District Rampur." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge- sheet in the aforesaid case has already been filed. The petitioners have the remedy to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, in case, cognizance is taken by the Magistrate on the charge- sheet. It is not a case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed.
