Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondent No.2 i.e. Board of Revenue U.P. Lucknow, to decide the amendment application dated 20.10.2023 filed by the petitioner in Case No. MIS/2970/2023, Original Case No.REF/53/1981-1982. Computer Case No.R20231765002970 (Abarar Ahmad Vs.Smt. Khatoon Nisha) under Section 202 of U.P. Revenue Code, 1901 within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned Case No. MIS/2970/2023, Original Case No.REF/53/1981-1982. Computer Case No.R20231765002970 arising out of proceeding under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act is pending before respondent No.2- Board of Revenue U.P. Lucknow. He submitted that in the aforementioned pending proceeding, one amendment application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/appellant which is pending, as such necessary direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the pending application within time bound period. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.2-Board of Revenue U.P.
