This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (I) For quashing the F.I.R. of Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 493/2024 dated 16/10/2024 registered for the offence u/s 318(4)/333(3)/338/61(2) of B.N.S. 2023, Patna High Court CR. WJC No.209 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 registered against the petitioner no. 1 to 3 as the document issued by the Circle Officer (Amchal Adhikari) Phulwari Shariff Patna dated 16/07/2022 is not forge andfabricated rather the same is genuine and correct case is pending before Pranav Kumar J.M. Ist Class, at Patna. (ii) For quashing the F.I.R. bearing Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1831/2024 dated 27/11/2024 Sun, registered offence u/s 447/468/471/420/34 I.P.C. (iii) For quashing the F.I.R. bearing Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 565/2024 dated- 11.12.2024 registered offence u/s 127(1), 115(2), 308(3), 352, 351(2), 3(5), BNS 2023. (iv) For direct to the official respondent to take legal action against the private respondent who are harassing the petitioners for false F.I.R. 3. The investigation of the allegations made by the informant of the case is continuing. This Court cannot examine the defence of the petitioners at this stage and quash the FIR. If the charge sheet is submitted, the petitioners will have liberty to challenge the order taking cognizance. 4. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners, this application is dismissed.
