HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14144 of 2025 Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri S.K. Saxena, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned counsel for respondents. 2. Petitioners are admittedly contractual appointee through outsourcing agency, therefore, strictly present writ petition is not maintainable. 3. Otherwise also, by the impugned order, service provider was asked to transfer the petitioners from one division to another division and for that in all probability, petitioners cannot be prejudiced. 4. Learned counsel for respondents has placed reliance upon a judgment of coordinate Bench of this Court in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Contract Employees Sangh vs. State of U.P. and 5 others, 2023:AHC:145507. 5. Considering aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition has no force, hence, it is dismissed. September 18, 2025 N.
