Neither the petitioner nor anyone on their behalf has been appearing to pursue the petition. It appears that with the efflux of time, the matter has lost its efficacy and as a result the petitioners too have lost interest. The matter has been called out twice, but none is present to render assistance. That being so, the Court is choiceless but to dismiss the petition for non prosecution.
