The aforesaid factual aspect has not been controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the order passed in L.P.A. No. 441 of 2023. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no relief can be granted to this petitioner, at this stage. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of. 4.
