The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51779 of 2023 in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial at the earliest. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
