Sri Vinod Mishra holding brief of Ms. Atipriya Gautam, learned counsel for the appellant states that the suspension order which was passed consequent to the disciplinary inquiry, has now been withdrawn, and states that the special appeal has become infructuous. He also submits that the suspension allowances be given to the appellant. 2. Under such circumstances, the special appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. 3. However, it is provided that if a representation, with a prayer for grant of suspension allowances, is made within a period of 10 days from today before the official concerned, the same shall be considered within a period of two weeks thereafter.
