Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had purchased the property bearing Sy No.30/1 in Zafrabad Village, Gulbarga Taluk under the registered sale deed date 17.09.2016 and the names of the purchasers are not yet entered in the property records. It is stated that the names are not entered based on the sale deed and the representation is said to have been given vide Annexure - C dated 12.12.2024 to the jurisdictional Tahsildar, Kalburagi to effect changes in the property records. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:1472 WP No. 200619 of 2025 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the sale deed does not disclose 11E sketch, which is mandatory. 4. This Court has considered the contentions raised at the bar. For what reasons the name of the petitioners is not entered in the property records is not forthcoming, as the representation dated 12.12.2024 is not yet considered 5. Under these circumstances, the petition is allowed in part. Respondent No.4 - Tahsildar shall consider the representation dated 12.12.2024 and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law. 6. It is made clear that nothing is expressed on the merits of the claim of both the parties. 7.
