Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 & 3 by the learned Sessions Judge, Banka vide order dated 21.08.2021 passed in B.P. No.703 of 2021. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection Patna High Court CR.
