SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS D1- 07 WPSS No.1296 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. T.P.S. Takuli, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Pushpa Bhatt, Advocate for the respondent nos. 2 and 3, through video conferencing. Mr. N.S. Pundir, D.A.G. for the State. Heard. The petitioner is working with the Nation Cadet Corps . By the impugned transfer order dated 10.06.2025, the petitioner has been transferred from Pantnagar to Pithoragarh. The Court wanted to know from learned counsel for the petitioner as to why this Court should interfere in a transfer order, which has been passed on 10.06.2025; why the writ petition should be entertained after such a long lapse? Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a provision for inter- departmental representation against transfer, which the petitioner made on 26.06.2025, Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, but it has yet not been decided. He submits that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation dated 26.06.2025, which is Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, within a stipulated time, by a reasoned and speaking order. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the representation that has been given by the petitioner dated 26.06.2025, which is Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, will be decided within two weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2025, which is Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, within two weeks from today, with a reasoned and speaking order. This Court makes it clear that this Court has not stayed the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order. (Ravindra Maithani J.) 06.08.2025 RV
