This petition has been filed for following relief: "direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Basti to decide the Original Suit No. 219 of 2014 (Smt. Vidhya Singh Vs. Chhangur Singh) which is pending the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Basti, within stipulated and short period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2014. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Basti to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Santosh Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
