Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2 i.e. learned Commissioner, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur to decide the Case bearing Case No. 1052 of 2022, Computerized Case / Appeal No. C202205000001052 (Awdhesh Singh Vs. Nand Lal and others) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is pending since 02.07.2022 before the court of respondent Ono.2 i.e. learned Commissioner. Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur within a stipulated period. " 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Commissioner, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No. 1052 of 2022, Computerized Case / Appeal No. C202205000001052 (Awdhesh Singh Vs. Nand Lal and others) under section 207 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
