The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara P.S. Case No. 222 of 2024, Special POCSO Case No.01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 96 of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken under Section 96 of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Jamtara. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which, she has stated that she is not aware, whether the petitioner has subjected her to physical atrocity. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara P.S.
