1. This is a Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for disobedience of order dated 11.12.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that in compliance of the judgment dated 11.12.2023 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, a detailed compliance report has been submitted which is taken on record and as per Annexure R-8 of the said compliance report, decision had been taken by the competent authority in favour of both the petitioners, as per which, the petitioners have been held entitled to grant of Annual Notional Increment w.e.f. 01.05.2023 and have further been held entitled for the benefit of arrears which have been restricted to 38 months prior to the filing of the writ petition, which PAWAN KUMAR 2025.09.23 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
COCP-4523-2025 (O&M) -2- was filed on 10.08.2021. It is submitted that as far as grant of arrears is concerned, same would be released to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but respondents be bound by the statement made before this Court and liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the present contempt petition in case respondents do not comply with the said undertaking.
4. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present contempt petition is disposed of. Respondents would be bound by the statement made before this Court and liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the present contempt petition in case respondents do not comply with the abovesaid undertaking.
