On 21.04.2025, this Court had, before passing the yearned for directions, directed the learned Additional District Judge, who is seized of the apposite execution petition, to inform this Court as to how much time is required for deciding the execution petition. 3. In compliance of the directions (supra), the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Narnaul, has, through proper channel, informed this Court that, all endeavours will be made by him to decide the execution petition on or before 30.09.2025. 4.
