The sole prayer made by the petitioner is that the respondent No. 2, the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Chandauli may be directed to decide Complaint Case No. 41 of 2023 [Gunjan Singh Vs. Cholaandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd.], filed before it, within a specified period of time. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondent(s) has no objection to this prayer and he states that every effort shall be made to decide the aforesaid complaint case, expeditiously. 4. Sri Jawahir Yadav, learned counsel who is representing the respondent No. 3 also states that the respondent No. 3 shall remain present on the date(s) fixed, which would be fixed by the respondent No. 3. 5. Taking into account that as all the parties agreed upon the Complaint Case No. 41 of 2023 being decided, we dispose of the case and provide that the respondent No. 2 shall decide the aforesaid complaint case within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law and after affording opportunity to all parties.
