1. The issue raised in this writ petition concerns grant of encashment of Earned Leave benefit to the petitioner herein, who has been dismissed from service.
2. The issue was referred to a Larger Bench and on 18.03.2025 the Larger Bench has given its opinion that a person dismissed from service is not entitled to Leave Encashment benefit.
3. In view of the said judgment, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
