Land Revenue Act were initiated by the petitioner which was decided, against which, private respondents had filed an appeal which was dismissed. Petitioner had moved an application for getting the land demarcated, but it remained pending. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of requiring respondent no.1 to carry out the demarcation proceedings, if there is no legal impediment, and comply its earlier order passed under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
