The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2024, S.T. No.109 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and charge framed under Sections 108/3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Sanjay Kumar Choudhary, leaned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma. The husband of the petitioner namely Sanjay Kumar committed suicide by consuming poison. It was submitted that the deceased committed suicide due to petty family quarrel. It was further submitted that the mother of the petitioner Savitri Devi has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.9239/2024. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar Choudhary, leaned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma, in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.)
