Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to leave encashment, which is required to be given to the petitioner and even similarly situated persons have been given the benefit of leave encashment by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner is under consideration and the representation which is pending before the respondent No.3 with regard to grant of leave encashment which he is entitled for, the same will be considered in accordance with the law within a period of four weeks.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of leave encashment which he is entitled for in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. SD/-
