Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the state respondent/Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Azamgarh/respondent no.2 to decide the Case No. 3081 of 2024 Computerized Case No. D202415060003081 (Chabai Vs. Lalta & Others) U/S 30 (2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), : Azamgarh/respondent no.2, expeditiously within time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 30(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no.2 which are registered as Case No.3081 of 2024 Computerized Case No. D202415060003081. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid proceedings. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the Case No.3081 of 2024 Computerized Case No. D202415060003081, under Section 30(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
