(Oral) (1) Through this petition challenge is made to the order dated 13.08.2025, passed by Director, Consolidation-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Panipat, vacating the interim stay granted in the petitioner’s favour. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before passing the impugned order, no notice or opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioner and therefore, on this ground alone, the impugned order was unsustainable in law. (3) Learned State counsel submits that since the impugned order was passed without complying with the principles of natural justice, the same stands withdrawn. However, liberty be granted to respondent No.2 to pass a fresh order after hearing all concerned, in accordance with law.
