GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in terms of direction of the 1st respondent with respect to the land to an extent of Ac.0.69 cents in Survey No.310/2A of Srikalahasti Revenue Village, as arbitrary and illegal. 2. On 08.12.2009, this Court has passed interim orders directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner with 2 regard to issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of six weeks. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, placed on record the written instructions, dated 23.02.2025, issued by the Tahsildar, Srikalahasti Mandal, wherein it is stated that the pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner has been issued in the year 2012 itself and that he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. 4. Sri A.Chandra Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, is present and states that since, as per the written instructions, the pattadar pass book and title deed is issued, no further orders need to be passed in the present writ petition. 5. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, cause in the writ petition does not survive, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
