To issue order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to respondent no.3 to decide the restoration application no.T201914360409099 in case Harish Chandra Vs. State u/s 24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No.5) to this writ petition." 2. It is contended that restoration application is pending in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is registered as Restoration Application No.T201914360409099. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Jaunpur to decide the Restoration Application No. T201914360409099 pending in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
