However, due to typographical error, the title in the judgement has wrongly been shown as “Union of India v. State of J&K and others”. Hence this application. 2. Application, for reasons delineated therein, is allowed and typographical error crept in judgement dated 29th July 2025 is rectified and it is directed that title in judgement dated 29th July 2025 in MA no.86/2018, shall be read as “Union of India v.
