The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was assigned Ac.0.2 cents of land in the year 2003. It is further submitted that the petitioner constructed a small thatched house on the said land and has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The learned -2- W.P. No.5681 of 2025 counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is now threatened by some third parties to vacate the property and hand over the same to them, for which the petitioner filed a complaint before the 3'^^ respondent. In the complaint, it is alleged that the third parties, at the behest of the politicians, are trying to dispossess the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the complaint filed before the 3'"’ respondent has not been taken into cognizance or has not taken any action on the same. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 3'^^ respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and follow the procedure as contemplated under the B.N.S.S. 4.
