The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 for submission of report under Section 193(9) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 after conducting fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.0188 dated 21.07.2024 under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC (Section 465 IPC added later on and Section 467 IPC deleted later on) at P.S. Jandiala, District Amritsar (Rural). It is stated in the petition that the petitioner has already made representation dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-4) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) raising the said grievances, but no action has been taken so far. 2.
