The prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is for commanding the respondents to allow him to raise construction in terms of the building permission granted vide dated 20.11.2023 over and upon an existing single storey residential structure constructed on a plot of land measuring 8 Marlas falling under survey No.141 min situated in Estate Lawaypora Srinagar. 2. Respondents have filed response to the petition stating therein that permission was granted in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 20.11.2023 and while raising the aforesaid construction on 1st floor, the petitioner started committing violation of the permission so granted which has prompted the respondents to stop the violation being committed by the petitioner. 3. In view of above, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to ensure that the petitioner raises the construction only in accordance with building permission dated 20.11.2023 granted by them and in the event, the petitioner commits any violation, the respondents shall be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.
