(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he wishes to withdraw this petition but states that pursuant to her surrendering, the Trial Court be directed to decide the bail application of the petitioner expeditiously. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender within a period of three days from today, if so advised and if done so, the Trial Court shall consider and decide her bail application as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than 07 days from the date of her surrendering and moving an application for bail.
