No.618 of 2025. 2. The case was registered in Cr.No.142 of 2016 for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C. r/w.34 IPC. The occurrence said to have taken place on 07.11.2016. It is reported that the defacto complainant is not found in the respective address and remain untraceable. There is no previous or subsequent previous case against the accused. 3. Considering the nature of the allegation, the antecedents of the accused and since the accused has been facing the case since 2016, any further continuation of the trial would impinge upon his right to speedy trial of the accused and no useful purpose would be served. 4. Accordingly, the proceedings in STC.No.438 of 2022 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Karaikal, Karaikal Taluk, Karaikal, is quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of. 25.09.2025 mtl Note to the Trial Court: This order is digitally signed and communicated electronically alone.
