Ms. Mukherjee, Advocate and appellant submits that the present appeal has been filed being aggrieved by the judgment dated 28/08/2002 passed in Session trial No. 152/2001 by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) by which the present appellant was convicted under sections 341 and 342 of the I.P.C., 1960 and imposed with a fine of Rs.500/- for each of the above stated offences and in default 01 month additional Simple Imprisonment was imposed. It has been further submitted that the fine amount has already been deposited by the appellant.
