Prayer in the present second petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No. 206 dated 02.07.2024, registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4) BNS, 2023 at Police Station Division No.7, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana Police Commissionerate. 2. This is the second petition filed for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier, the petitioner had approached this Court by way of filing CRM-M- 44504-2024, praying for the same relief, however, on hearing the matter at length, the same was dismissed on merits vide order dated 18.09.2025. 3. From the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any change of circumstance. Thus, neither there is any merit for the maintainability of the present successive petition nor there is any ground on merit of this petition. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed.
