Vide earlier order dated 27.09.2024, it has already been observed by Coordinate Bench of this Court that no illegal detention has been carried out by respondent no.4 over the corpus. The matter has been posted for today only to receive the compliance report from the District Magistrate, Etawah in pursuance of recovery of Rs.50,000/- from petitioner no.2 to be handed over to the corpus. 3. The said compliance report received by Registrar General of this Court, put up before this Court through which it appears that the amount so directed by this Court, has already been received by corpus and as such, nothing remains in this petition to adjudicate further. 4.
