The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the following prayer;_ "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Principal Judge/Family Court, Banda to decided the application dated 28.10.2022 filed in case No.75/XI/2017, (Smt. Huma Parveen and others Versus Iqbal Ahamad), expeditiously within stipulated time as Hon'ble Court has deem fit and proper, pending in the Court of Principal Judge/Family Court, Banda, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Perusal of record shows that in compliance of the order dated 23.11.2024, a report has been received from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda. In the said report, the reasons shown for delay in disposal of the said application dated 28.10.2022 are not acceptable. It appears from order-sheet that the Family court has not made any effort to decide the said application of applicant, which is pending since more than two years. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Family court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings and to decide the said application dated 28.10.2022 at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
