The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 313, 354B, 498A, 504/323 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute outside the court. To this effect, supplementary affidavit has also been filed. 4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31533 of 2024(4) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Madhubani in Khajauli Police Station Case No. 197 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as in terms of settlement.
