The petitioner is seeking compensation in terms of the 2013 Act. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner was called upon to submit details relating to the title of the property and other documents and an endorsement dated 15.07.2025 was served on the petitioner. It is submitted that soon after the petitioner submits the representation along with the documents, seeking compensation and necessary orders will be passed. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings passed in pursuance to his representation, if so aggrieved with. No order as to costs.
