This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.048 dated 11.06.2024 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Cyber Crime Karnal, District Karnal. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.9091 of 2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 21.08.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 21 days. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
