This petition has been filed for following relief: "Direct the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur to decide the case bearing original suit no. 1259 of 2001 (Smt. Mohammadi Begam Vs. Smt. Azizunnisha and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur since 24.10.2001, expeditiously preferably within stipulated period." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2001. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Prashant Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
