This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to grant leave to sue the respondent/defendant before this Court. 2. Despite the fact that the respondent/defendant is residing at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, it is seen from the averments of the plaint and the documents furnished that a part of cause of action is seemed to have arisen within the jurisdiction of Chennai and to that effect, the bank details of the applicant/plaintiff is printed in their invoices through which the transactions have been made. Since the part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted. 3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
