Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Special Judge-cum-A.D.J.-VII, Katihar vide order dated 20.02.2021 passed in G.R. No.54 of 2021 in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No.4 of 2021. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Barsoi P.S.
