This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order nature of respondent or direction in the mandamus directing No.2 i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Sagri, District- Azamgarh to decide the Appeal being Case No.6293 of 2023, Computerized Case No.T202315060706293 (Jamuna Prasad Others), Under Section-35(2) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the respondent No.2 since 03.06.2023 within stipulated time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition)." 3. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
