1. When the case was called out in the first round, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the same was passed over. When the case is called out in the second round, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The case was lastly taken on 21st January, 2025 and on the said date Mr. Subham Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, was not in a position to assist the Court. Under the said circumstance, the case was adjourned giving last indulgence to learned counsel for the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
3. Under the said circumstance, there is no reason to keep the present writ petition pending and the same is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
